1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quarterdeck AI ("the Service"), operated by KPAppWorx ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quarterdeck AI is a revenue intelligence platform that connects to HubSpot CRM via OAuth and provides read-only analysis of your pipeline data, including deal health scores, ghost deal detection, and board-ready reports.

3. Data Access

Quarterdeck AI requests read-only access to your HubSpot CRM data. We do not write to, modify, or delete any records in your HubSpot account. You may revoke access at any time through HubSpot's connected apps settings.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
