Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quarterdeck AI ("the Service"), operated by KPAppWorx Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quarterdeck AI connects to HubSpot CRM via OAuth and provides read-only analysis of your pipeline. It detects material deal changes, ranks deals that deserve review before the weekly forecast meeting, explains the HubSpot evidence behind each exception, and can generate Trust Brief narratives from already-computed facts. Written narratives are AI-generated only after deterministic analysis is complete. The Service never writes to, modifies, or deletes data in your HubSpot account.

3. Data Access

Quarterdeck requests read-only access to selected HubSpot deal properties, deal owners, pipeline metadata, and creation timestamps for notes associated with deals. The current integration uses the contacts read scope for those deal-note timestamps, not to call contact-record endpoints or store contact records. We do not access HubSpot companies, and we do not write to, modify, or delete any records in your HubSpot account. You may revoke access at any time through HubSpot's Connected Apps settings. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing

Quarterdeck offers the following commercial options, all of which support the HubSpot integration:

• Design-partner access (free): from time to time we offer free access to qualifying B2B SaaS teams in exchange for product feedback. Free access is provided "as is," may include usage limits, and may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice.
• Starter — $99/month (or $79/month billed annually): 1 HubSpot portal, 1 seat, weekly pipeline attention brief, evidence reports, PDF export, and email support.
• Pro — $299/month (or $239/month billed annually): 1 HubSpot portal, 5 seats, weekly pipeline attention brief, unlimited evidence reports, PDF export, and priority support.

Paid subscriptions include a 14-day free trial and are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude any applicable taxes.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Support

Support is available by email at hello@kpappworx.com and through our Support page. We aim to respond within one business day. Priority support is included with the Pro plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Quarterdeck provides analysis and decision support; it does not guarantee revenue outcomes. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
