Lead quality & routing
Find the data problems that distort your pipeline.
Duplicate contacts, records with no owner or company, unassigned deals and weak sources inflate counts and misroute work. Quarterdeck finds them from your own records.
Questions it answers
- How many contacts are likely duplicates?
- Which records have no owner, or no company?
- Which lead sources convert to deals, and which do not?
- Which contacts belong to owners who are no longer active?
What is measured, imported, estimated, and unavailable
The same four labels appear in the product next to every figure.
Measured
Duplicate groups, orphan and unowned counts, and source conversion from synced records.
Estimated
A lead score where enough fields exist. Scores are withheld when inputs are missing.
Unavailable
Anything depending on properties your portal does not populate.
How it works
Sync metadata
Contacts and companies are stored as metadata with hashed identifiers. No names, emails or phone numbers are kept.
Match
Duplicates are found by keyed hashes of email and name, plus email domain.
Prioritise
Findings enter the Action Center with the affected objects listed.
What you need
Access and tiers
- crm.objects.contacts.read and crm.objects.deals.read.
- crm.objects.companies.read (optional) for company checks.
Limits we state plainly
- Because we do not store names or emails, you open the record in HubSpot to act on it.
- Duplicate detection is a signal, not a merge decision.
